★★★★★ Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Bought this because I needed a cheap, affordable, but good quality laptop for school. And so far it’s been treating me very good, touch screen works, it’s brand new, came with a charger and instructions. I actually think this is pretty cheap for the quality I’ve gotten from this laptop. I would invest !
★★★☆☆ Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The laptop itself is great.The Original order that I purchased was sent on time. When I got the laptop it was DEAD I had to charge it up. I set everything up but had problems uploading my photos. My laptop was extremely HOT and i was wondering why that could’ve been.. I went to the HP Service Center and it popped up that my battery was having problems. I called HP— told them I bought a brand new laptop from Amazon but it somehow had battery problems. They told me the only option on their end was to send it to their repair shop somewhere idk where.. and HOPE they would fix & send it back within 7-10 business days. So I called amazon and they sent me a new one.when I opened the new one— I realized it was ACTUALLY new because it had stickers n stuff on it. The first one they sent me was USED and DAMAGED! Shaking my Head.
★☆☆☆☆ USELESS -- Not as Advertised -- The description specifically says "binge-watch your favorite shows" but in fact, Hulu and Netflix will not run. The lag is so major that they're unwatchable -- Not only does the video freeze, but the audio skips AND becomes distorted (that heavy metal voice that makes your machine sound like it's coming alive and wants to kill you). I updated the drivers and rebooted a few times but it still only plays ONE show well and immediately with the next video it starts glitching hard and I have to either restart the browser or restart the entire machine. Every time. It also says "does everything your smartphone can't" but, in fact, my phone and both tablets run Hulu and Netflix just fine (including live TV). Super disappointed.
