★★☆☆☆ It is a lightweight laptop with lit keys. The chassis and everything is stunning. It worked out of the box, with Cortana doing its introduction. I loaded my software, and then decided to update Windows. When I awoke the next morning, there were error messages that I couldn't resolve. Even tried to format the drive, but it didn't recognize any hard drive. Returned it and reordered a 2nd one, hoping that the first was just a glitch. This time, I focused immediately on all of Windows updated. It did virtually all of it. The last two files did the laptop in. Error messages began, rendering the laptop useless. If you do not need Windows updates, this is a great laptop.

★★★★★ This little unknown brand laptop is fantastic. It came with what I believe to be a clean copy of windows with no added bloatware. No viruses were detected. Very premium look and feel. The display is really nice I calibrated it and color accuracy is on point and it's bright. Key travel is good and the keys don't feel so compact and squished together like other laptops. The metal body is definitely a plus and probably helps with cooling since it doesn't have a fan. The speakers are actually okay nothing fantastic but they're pretty good for what they are and at this price point. Having the solid state drive really helps with boot up and quick responses from the small processor. I'm using this laptop for spreadsheets such as Excel Microsoft word and light photo editing. I'm replacing the drive with a 1 TB. This little machine can compete with a name brand $800 laptop. My first review was one star because I received one that was physically damaged and I was seeing stuff in Chinese I believe it was someone's return. Amazon promptly replaced the defective laptop. I recommend this laptop if you want something that looks near top-notch, feels premium and yet reasonably priced. Good quality.

★☆☆☆☆ But at your own risk. I bought this computer for my daughter for Christmas. Within a month she was telling me about system crashes and freezing. I contacted the company for assistance. Email responses were spotty, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a week. They recommended reinstalling the operating system, but I had to download from their website. I couldn't get the OS from Microsoft directly. I kept asking for a windows license key to reinstall. I got tired of the runaround and was able to download a clean Windows OS from Microsoft, but I ended up buying another license key.
