Pros: nice specs. I like the 20 gb of ram. Software and performance seems great. Runs smoothly. The Ryzen processer is great. Haven't had any issues locking up or freezing. Seemed like a good deal for the price. Seems like a good machine for a kid or student. Cons: CONS. I don't really like the keyboard. The silver color make it difficult to see the keys. I don't like the number pad. It's too narrow to really be useful. I don't like the feel of the keys as I'm typing. Feels cheap and inconsistent. I don't like the display. Doesn't seem very readable. There is a very narrow viewing angle that looks good. The color contrast is too flat. Makes it difficult to read text, the color doesn't come out very good for video. The web cam is the worst one of all my laptops. Has a hard time focusing, not good in lower light. The trackpad is inconsistent. Randomly fails when clicking or scrolling. Overall Review: Doesn't seem like the ASUS quality that I have been used to with other products. Seems like a cheaper version of something with an ASUS label on it. Not sure I'm completely happy with this, but I guess it will be fine for the kids to play on. They won't know the difference. Seems a bit pricey for a kid laptop. I'll have to get something else for me.
