★★★★☆ My first problem was that they only sent me 1/2 of the charging cord. I had to call and ask for the rest of it. They were very good about sending it overnight.My second problem was that I connected it to my printer, it worked for about 3 days and then quit. My settings say it is saved to the Chromebook but, it will not print. I tried removing it and adding it again and it won't let me. Considering that they are both HP products I don't understand the problem.
