★★★☆☆ This laptop works for simple tasks like word, excel, emailing and googling. It has some glitches, the audio does not work all the time (sound will not work when on Facebook), and then sporadically the screen will go black for 15 seconds and then comes back. One of my biggest complaints and I didn't realize it until after I purchased the lap top, it does not have lighting underneath the keyboard, which makes it difficult to type in the dark or in dim light.
★☆☆☆☆ Goes to Black screen several times a day. They are not helping much with the return process do not buy. Go to a local electronics storeNow battery dead. Garbage don’t buy
