★☆☆☆☆ What a piece of junk. I owned one for 2 years. It functioned ok until one of the hinges became misaligned popping the bezel off the screen and damaging connection to the screen.Because this model is one of the few available laptops to have an optical drive I bought another. It has had repeated thermal shutdowns and now the fan is running with no picture and will not shut down. I’m hoping that once the battery runs down that I will be able to restart it, get my information off of it return it and find a different non-HP laptop.
