★☆☆☆☆ I really LOVED the laptop. But at least once per hour, it would completely freeze/lockup and the only way to unfreeze it was to push the power button & turn it off. Then maybe I would get another hour before it froze again. Contacted HP support and was told my 90 day warranty didn't cover this issue. They could give me a phone # to call and it would be a charge to diagnosis it. I told them I purchased a 3 year care pack, but still, this issue was not covered. Sent the laptop back and canceled the care pack. Very disappointed. I had tried to contact the seller, but never got a response. Maybe just got a lemon, but was afraid to try another one.
