Pros: I like the metal chassis. I would have preferred a 1TB m.2 SSD, but it has an open slot for a second SSD, which is great! I like the thin design. Boots incredibly fast. Faster than my gaming computer, which boots very fast. I like the fingerprint reader which helps with the boot speed. Cons: Not long after I started using the laptop I noticed the reds looked a bit more like orange than red, and overall, the colors looked somewhat washed out, particularly when I compared it with the AOC monitor I use with my gaming computer. This was a little perplexing at first, until I dug deeply into the reviews of the laptop and saw that one of the reviews said: "The display covers only 54% of sRGB (BOE NV140FHM-N49) and has mediocre color accuracy." Well, now at least I know why. ASUS is using an inferior display. That was almost one of those things that was going to bother me for the life of the computer, but I have learned to accept it. It is, however a big disappointment to me in an otherwise very nice computer. Were I to do it over again, knowing what I know now, it would have been a deal breaker. The soldered in RAM is unfortunate, but not a deal breaker for me. They put the "Intel CORE I5 10th GEN" sticker on crooked. No big deal? It is to me. Overall Review: Overall I would recommend this laptop for the price. But if you are a stickler for color for whatever reason such as video editing, better look elsewhere. It's not the computer, it's the display where ASUS cut corners. But for a general purpose laptop at a good price, it's very nice.
Pros: Great size and color. Fast shipping. Cons: None so far Overall Review: This is the second laptop I ordered from newegg and very please with the service. This laptop was ordered for my daughter who started nursing school online and needed a new one as the last one needed service during covid while no one was doing business. Very pleased with the laptop so far.
Pros: Worked well for a while, especially for the price. Cons: After a couple months, boots to BIOS with no boot options. Not sure what happened but imagine it'll be at least a few hundred if I try to get it fixed. Overall Review: Maybe this is an anomaly, but be wary.
