    This screen looks a lot better than the original screen that came with my Dell very nice resolution definitely satisfied level 5 on the install its a bit tricky if u never done it before only takes about 45 minutes if you know what your doing theres a video on YouTube if you need help just be very careful pulling the trim piece off that goes around the screen do not use a screwdriver or any tools you just got to pop it off with your fingers or you will damage the plastic or possibly break off the Locking tabs
    First off, I cannot recommend this product or seller.The screen arrived fine. Upon installing it, I noticed it flickering. As an IT professional, I knew right away to try reseating the connector. I did so at least three times. I proceeded to request a refund and order another one, assuming the first was just defective.When my order arrived, it wasn’t a new screen. It was a piece of paper telling me it was expensive them to do returns and to try reseating it. I ALREADY TOLD THEM ON MY APPROVED RETURN REQUEST.To be without a computer wasn’t really an option, so I placed another order, trying to make an exchange. They cancelled it. TWICE.And after multiple emails, the seller literally stopped responding.They should be banned from Amazon. They literally scammed me out of a $100 product, refused to honor the advertised return policy and acted completely unprofessional.
    My husband shut his laptop lid in the dark and closed it on his earpiece accidentally. It broke the LED screen, so we ordered this one as a replacement. It took some time to install, but he did it himself, and it worked perfectly! Great replacement, even with the touchscreen feature.
