Cons: I received this laptop and was so excited to get started, but I noticed the touchpad didn't work. I worked with Dell Chat support for hours, and it still won't work. I am tech savvy, but still cannot get the touchpad work. 🙁 Overall Review: Other than the faulty hardware or software causing the touchpad not to work, this is a good personal laptop, and otherwise performs as expected.
