★★★☆☆ Pros: This laptop is fast, has a great, bright screen, and is fairly light for being so durable. Cons: However, I did receive it without the pictured handle, which is one of the reasons I bought it. Newegg was almost useless in helping me get this resolved. It took over a month and several phone calls and chats to get them to resolve the issue. I had to buy the PICTURED handle from Dell.com directly. Overall Review: It's a great laptop if you need something rugged and well-built. Just be sure you get what you pay for.
