★★★★★ The laptop looks and works amazing. I would say the condition is “like new”. There is very tiny scratch on the body however It required a lot of attention to be noticed under certain lighting condition. Performance wise, I would give it 9/10. I am able to have 10 chrome tabs running at the same time while doing photo editing without any issues; I am part time photographer. Display screen is stunning. The color is vivid; 4K video is playing smoothly. The best of this laptop is that the weight is only around 2.5 lb. That’s the main reason for me to purchase XPS 13. Now I am able to carry it with me anywhere for my weekend photo shoot. I was skeptical at first when I purchased renewal product from Amazon, however, the fact that it has 1-year warranty from Dell gives me a piece of mind.
★★★★★ Worth the money!!! Ordered myself a new condition of this item, but later on, found out that there is renewal item with the same specs, however, its only fraction of the price I paid. Go ahead and ordered renewal one , still keep the previous laptop just in case. The packaged arrived yesterday. I was shock that the item looks and perform the same as new eventhough it was refurbished. It also comes with 1 year on-site warranty which allows me to schedule Dell certified techician to visit my place to fix laptop if there is anything wrong with the hardware. Now, I can request return of the new laptop and save myself $400 bucks :))
★★★☆☆ I ended up having to return this because it didnt have the processing power needed for my son. He is in college for music engineering and he needed a powerful laptop that was able to play 8+ tracks at a time. This started glitching out over 7 tracks so we will need to find something else. Otherwise it was tiny and the screen quality was amazing.
