★★★★★ At the moment I am very happy with my purchase. The laptop has a nice finish and looks stylish. One thing that I didn’t like is the weight. It looks light when you look at it but it is heavier than it seems. The second thing I didn’t like is that it came with Windows 10s. Nothing that can’t be fixed as I downloaded Windows home for free. The laptop handles everyday things like email, web surfing, and creation of documents like a champ. Watching videos and movies is a breeze and you can even play some of your favorite games thanks to its 8GB of Ram and its Ryzen 3 processor. It comes with a 1 month trial of 365 which I do not need since I can access it online from my student account.I would definitely recommend this product.
★★★★★ I got this mostly so I would have access to Microsoft Word on a laptop that I could easily hold on my lap to use. I also love the raised keyboard so I can go back to typing without looking! Love the 14” screen size. The 15.5” would have been too big. There are so many bonuses I really didn’t expect and even forget to use, such as the touch screen! Just love this lap top!
★★★☆☆ This is a good computer for my needs as I am retired and don't need all the bells and whistles. It is fast and easy to set up. The problem I have noticed is the screen goes black frequently for a second and then recovers. I have tried to fix with online advice which worked until I turned the computer off and then turned it back on to use again. I don't want to return it and the window of my return opportunity is getting close. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix?
