★☆☆☆☆ I gave this laptop as a gift to my friend, I saw it has 256GB HDD, I got shocked :(I ordered 512GB SSD, why it only has 256GB ???!He also says sometimes screen is freezing!

★☆☆☆☆ 3/20/21: So I got this from HP directly. I set it up and the first time I tried to type with it, it froze. The mouse, the keypad, nothing I moved got any response on the screen. I had to power off the device via the keypad and got it to work again, but I'm super concerned, especially as the 30 days since the purchase are over (I didn't open it right away) and HP won't give me an exchange. I'm on the phone with them for an hour already.Update 3/30/21: HP did some diagnostics and everything came back looking normal. It's a while later, I am typing with this laptop, when suddenly it blacks out, then the screen flickers back on (battery's not running low). I’m also having mini freezes while I type, gets stuck, when the computer stops typing for a second as my fingers are still typing, then tries to catch up, sometimes skipping the letters at the beginning of the words.Additional detail: the mouse pad is hard to maneuver - you need to press real hard. Otherwise this thing is lightweight and nice-looking. Which doesn’t help me much if I can’t rely on it to keep my information safe.HP refuses to give me a new laptop even though I just started using this, and I will need to send it back for repair, which will probably not repair anything (according to my computer programmer who has experience), losing all my installed programs in the process, which means I will need to send it back to my computer programmer to reinstall. This is ridiculous.
