★★★★☆ I had been looking for a new HP, Win10 laptop for over a year! I finally saw this one last April 2020, but hesitated to purchase it back then because I felt the info on the HDD was incorrect (the info on the upper part said it was 1TB but the bottom part info said 512GB) So I just kept on looking... until I found it again and decided to buy it.I've had 2 other HP laptops that always worked good for me, the last one has Win7, which is no longer being supported by Microsoft.This laptop has everything I needed, and it was delivered on time. At 17" it's huge, with a beautiful Silver finish. The image resolution is amazing, like 4K! I was happily surprised that the keyboard lights up (when I want to use that option I just hit the F key, 5th from the left.)The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the power button is kind of hidden, you have to hold it for about 3 secs. to start up, otherwise this laptop would have gotten 5 stars from me!A friend of mine was looking for an HP laptop too, so I gave her all the info I had on this one and she jumped on it right away and purchased one too!!My thanks to the Seller for his kindness and patience, to HP for keeping the R-L buttons and DVD Writer, and to Amazon for another great item!

★★★★☆ As I unboxed it, I ran into a problem with the bluetooth. I called HP customer support and they "claimed" that my serial number proved the "BRAND NEW" computer has been customized and therefore MY MANU-FACTURER'S WARRANTY IS VOID!!! HP claims that my Serial Number says the computer was originally built with a "1tb traditional hard drive" and was customized with a "1tb Solid State" hard drive!WHOMEVER SOLD ME THIS NEW COMPUTER, OWS ME A WARRANTY!I like the computer but it appears that I'll need to buy the Amazon warranty add on.The 2 best features are the power adapter at a 90° angle and the great "Backlit Keybord". Everything else is currently good.

★★★★★ I absolutely love this laptop computer. It is easy to set up and begin downloading any software programs. I am in love with the backlit keyboard that lights up when you type. This is a great laptop computer for both personal and business usage.
