★★★★☆ Pros: Fast delivery Laptop is clean and sleek Everything booted up without issues Cons: Boot up was slow, even for an i5 processor Overall Review: Bought this for a friend’s son going into high school. Delivery was fast with no issues. System booted up and everything appeared to work (sticky note did lag out having me to kill it and start it up again). My only concern is when I opened the box it was sealed by Michael Electronics 2 instead of HP. When I pulled the laptop out, the bag the laptop was in had a broken seal with a fingerprint in the tape. Since the description didn’t say this was a REFURBISHED system, I’m hoping that nothing fishy is actually going on.
