★★★★★ I was looking for a chromebook upgrade for college and to be honest, I was quite skeptical about buying a renewed laptop. I asked the seller a lot of questions before I actually committed to buying it, and they were so patient and hospitable with answering my questions. The day I received it, the laptop had some marks on the computer lid at 1% battery life, but once I got it working, it seemed as if it were brand new. Adding to that, the battery can last very long. It hasn't even gotten below 90% battery life on day 2 of owning this computer. I was even able to get all of my stuff from my previous chromebook transferred to this new one! I absolutely love my laptop and it's a plus with it being touch screen. I will definitely buy from this company again in the future!
★☆☆☆☆ the whole chrome system is unbelievably stupid, you will see many shocking errors, you can't even switch the typing language easily! plus you can't connect the PC to TV. it's not PC or laptop at all. it's not even a phone because many apps does;t work properly and no SIM!if you got you will think the garbage it better place for it.
