★★★★☆ Overall Review: The issue I have is with the nonexistent tech support. Our machine came with a little issue in that it would shut down for no reason. We adjusted settings in the os, and it helped but still happened once in awhile. We spent hrs trying to find tech support, only to discover that the only way is by text sent to China. We have been searching for links to other sites, to see if there is a fix out there. The unit is great when it does not shut down in the middle of your session.
