  ★★★☆☆ UPDATE. 2ND LAPTOP ARRIVED I TOOK TO COMPUTER SHOP WAS ALSO FAULTY HAD PROGRAM FROM 2007. RETURNED. promptly as promised. New laptop after charging 6 hrs would only display INTEL on screen then go black. Adapter after plugging into laptop could not be touch or red light would go out. Very disappointed but willing to try another. Very light weight. Screen size great. That's all so far will update when another arrives hopefully. Yes I did research and read reviews. Quick. Another arrived promptly. This one came with battery charged.Adapter fine. Very light weight. However will have to take to computer tech as it's in "S" mode. Cost is 50.00 dollars. Yes I did research how to but do it beyond me. SELLER very accommodating. Perhaps option small price to change to home mode.

  ★★★☆☆ After some initial problems and a complaint to Amazon and the seller, the laptop did a self repair routine that seemed to square away most of the problems. The keys stick a bit but otherwise its functional, lightweight and works.
