★★★★☆ Took a chance and purchased this laptop with no reviews. I couldn’t find it in any other stores or websites, and it’s weird that it’s just named “Newest HP Laptop.” For anyone curious, the model number is HP 14-dq1059wm. It seems to be a 2019 model. So far, I am very happy with it. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on any serious issues. Only con about it is the fan is kind of loud, but that can be resolved. Other than that, it has great speed and graphics. Great for online school.
★★☆☆☆ If you live in the US, go directly to the HP Store, hp.com, and order your own custom-made personal computer. This one does not have good colour at all and is dim. Moreover, the video camera installed is not the same one they advertised. Picture quality is dim and cloudy. I am very disappointed!
