★★★★☆ Pros: It was relatively easy to shop for these laptops. Convenient and at a great price. I was NOT looking for the top of the line but something that a student could use for taking online courses. Cons: I could not believe they don't ship to Puerto Rico even with everything fully paid for. I had to ship them to my brother in law and then send to PR. I was once told sellers cannot "export technology" to Puerto Rico (USA) but the product can be made in China. Explain that one! Overall Review: Have not received them yet but look forward to putting them to use.
