★★★★★ My daughter has been using her laptop for 3 years at college and the original battery of course decided to stop holding a charge as soon as the warranty dropped. My husband (I.T. guy for a living) looked at several replacement batteries trying to find the best replacement for her and decided on the NinjaBatt Pro. We had it shipped directly to her at college and made sure that she knew to follow any directions included with the battery so that it would be conditioned properly before use. She said it was easy to install, came carefully packed, and installed easy to follow directions for how to treat it on arrival. She has had it in place for a couple weeks now and it reporting that her laptop now makes it through 4+ hours of graphics intense art classes without being completely discharged.
★★★★☆ Fits perfectly. Old battery was giving me about 10 minutes at this point, this one is going for about 3 hours, which is ample for my usage patterns when I'm not plugged in. If longevity sucks, I'll update, but so far so good!Update 5/20: 8 months in and this is definitely not holding the charge as long as it did at first. Getting about 2 hours and 15 minutes now. For the price, it’s still a four star for me, but I really thought a I’d get well over a year before seeing this level of charge capacity loss.
★★★★★ I bought a hp pavilion gaming laptop in 2016 and recently my battery died I couldn't find an original replacement.The original battery was rated at 48 watt hours, this one is rated at 38 watt hours. So far I couldn't find any battery rated higher. But this one is made by a UK or American company not Chinese and at lowest power settings it does hold up pretty good vs the original battery.Also taking in consideration that the original battery already had a reduced capacity being 4 years old and plenty cycles.Yesterday we had a whole day power outage duo maintenance on the power lines, so it was a great test for my laptop to work as long as possible on battery.Fully charged, on power saving settings watching YouTube and editing Word documents I squeezed our 3 hours and 30 minutes. Not bad since this is a gaming laptop after all.I choose this battery because the company is actually US and UK based, and a $20 battery with cheap cells isn't going to cut it.Considering the cost, it saved me at least some money getting a new laptop, this one still rocks.I took some photos comparing to the old battery, I stripped some cells to check out the quality of the old cells. The only thing I can see is that NinjaBatt has a small gap left and right but slides in perfectly like the original battery.10/10 for price and quality, please note that I wrote this review after using the product 3 days or so, I will do a follow up in a month.
