★★☆☆☆ I’ve tried to give this bed table a chance cause I ordered it a month ago and I have to say now that I wish I never got it, the top is uneven and it doesn’t lay flat when you put books or a laptop on top of it because the middle is not even. it’s very wobbly and it feels super cheap. I thought it was going to be more durable and better quality but I was wrong… I regret buying it. The metal legs are so thin they move all the around on the bed.(The picture is it open all the way & flat as I can open it without bending & cracking it)
★★☆☆☆ The design of this tray is great - looks just like a miniature version of a folding table. However, the materials were cheap and it's really awkward to open/close the legs - as I purchased this for my son to use with his laptop, I'm thinking it wouldn't last very long with constant use. I returned it and will look for another brand.Update - Seller keeps contacting me and offering $$ to bump my review to 5 stars. This is why I no longer trust a lot of the reviews and just make sure I buy Prime so I can keep/return based on my own satisfaction.
★☆☆☆☆ The item arrived damaged: completely useless and broken. In order to receive a refund or replacement the damaged and broken item needs to be shipped back with UPS and there is no UPS store near by in my area. It has to be USPS and go through all that trouble in the middle of a pandemia for a totally useless item. It makes more sense to provide a photo of the damaged product to get a refund or replacement. But the alternative of providing a photo is not available and the shipping option is also not an alternative. No UPS store anywhere near by. Would have to go to the airport and that is another town. And who wants to go to an airport in the middle of this. Extremely disappointed!
