★★★★★ For this to be refurbished, this chromebook works great! I truly thought this was a brand new laptop. I go without charging the battery for two days. It always let me know when it's time to update, and I don't need to buy nothing to update the system, this what makes buying a chromebook so much better, especially if you are on a budget. I do highly recommend you buy a screen protector & that's for any laptop tablet you may purchase. It downloads very fast, and you don't stare at a "hourglass" forever waiting for it. The color is perfect, and it does slow down no matter how many windows you have open. You can connect your cellphone to this to download pictures, and the webcam shows picture perfect. So purchasing refurbished isn't bad at all, and you get a warranty if you have any issues. Amazon customer service works great with you in solving any issues you may have. So go and give this a try, I'm sure you will enjoy this chromebook as I am right now.
★★★☆☆ The product turned on, but my screen has issues. Looks like someone pressed down too hard on it. When I pay for a renewed or refurbished item, I don’t expect like new but I wouldn’t expect this issue with the screen either.
★☆☆☆☆ I purchased this device 3wks ago it had some power when I opened the box so I played around and put on charger overnigh. Next day fully charged I started pairing with my google account. I noticed the charge going down. Left thr device active for 4hrs and when I started to look at my account screen went black! Tried to reboot but to no avail. I panic because My information was on it. I put it on charge overnight and next day system still wouldn't turn on. I played around to finally got error message corrupt file??. After hours I got system to power and immediately tried to take my information off and sent back next day totally exhausting...
