★☆☆☆☆ I received this laptop around the 20th of May. By July, it couldn't even be turned on. My granddaughter is a very responsible 12 year old who is computer savvy. I knew it was a refurbished computer but I still expected more than a month and a half use from it. I contacted the seller and they directed me to the manufacturers website for troubleshooting. How exactly does one troubleshoot a laptop that cannot turn on? With this covid 19 pandemic, my granddaughter will be doing most if her school work from home. This is just not acceptable. I will never purchase a "refurbished " item again. Very disappointing.

★★★★★ Wanted to save a little and bought a renewed unit. Felt like I was rolling the dice when I purchased, but it showed up earlier than the anticipated delivery date came very well packaged. Chromebook was in mint condition no visual flaws at all. Four days in to my kid’s virtual classroom experience and working great.

★☆☆☆☆ Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  the product i got doesnt even look like what it looks like on picture or what most people got. the screen sice is barely 10 inches the laptop is laggy and the screen has horrible color accuracy and i trust amazon but after this not so much. the laptop is tiny and theres a good amount of scratches and things on it that scream used. honestly i dont reccomend buying from this seller after they did me this dirty . also the colors arent even the same i was like the gray look but the sent me some kids chromebook from middle school or something bc as you can tell in the pictures theres two hinges on the picture for the product and if you look at my laptop its one big and stiff rigid hinge like i am so mad rn. wth if i could give it zero stars i would. sus seller for sure.
