★★★★★ I bought this laptop in August 2020. Before buying this one, I researched laptops for months, reading reviews and asking a bunch of people what they liked and disliked about the laptops they had. I realized that the more I researched laptops the more I wanted my laptop to be able to do. I was looking for a lightweight, two-in-one laptop with a touchscreen that was also sharp, crisp, clear and it had to be fast.I received the laptop on the day it was promised and it was well protected in the package. Set up was easy and quick. This laptop is lightning fast! I loaded Windows 2019 and was ready to go. Everything has worked perfectly well. The only issue I had at first was with the finger scan function. It would work a handful of times then tell me it couldn't read it and I had to use a pin/password. I'd have to go back and delete the existing fingerprints and rescan. Since then there have been a few software updates for the finger scanner. I haven't had an issue with it for a month or more now. I haven't experienced any of the other issues some of the other reviewers have had. In fact, it seems like I hardly ever have to charge it. The battery seems to last many hours but I believe it depends on the type of activity one is doing. Streaming seems to use up more battery than other programs I use.At the time I purchased this laptop I considered it an extravagant purchase for me. Today, I noticed that in the 10 months that I've had it, the price went up by $150. I don't know if I would buy one at today's full price, but for the price I paid, I feel like I got a wonderful deal and am very happy with this purchase. I would purchase it again. ★☆☆☆☆ Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I really wanted to like this laptop. I bought it for work and video conferencing. Unfortunately the unit I received got a blue screen of death upon first installing required Windows 10 updates. The problems didnt stop there, because the keyboard backlighting randomly flickers on and off uncontrollably. Very disappointed with the quality of this laptop. Also the seller would not give me a full refund, even thought it was within Amazon's extended holiday return period and the item arrived defective.

★☆☆☆☆ Be glad if the battery last you 4 hours.I'd advise you to buy another one. this computer seem to be an experimental product. Everything is buggy
