★★★★★ I carefully removed the old bezel, some screws and took out the broken screen. Matched the model number to this one on Amazon and ordered it. Reused brackets from old screen (heat them up and they come off easier). Added some double sided tape where the old adhesive was, put the brackets on the new screen and installed this replacement screen. It fit perfectly and I'm writing this review from the very machine I installed it on. Perfect fit, perfect resolution. They sent some tools along as well but pretty much didn't need them since I had already taken the old screen out.
★★★★★ My niece’s dog had jumped up on the bed landing right on the closed Chromebook breaking the LCD. After watching a couple of YouTube videos decided it was an easy fix. Ordered this guy and had it up and running within 20 minutes. Then the new screen went out. Called support (they answered quickly and were helpful) and agreed this panel seemed defective. Ordered another one and did a return on the original. Few days later the replacement showed top. Great packaging and shipping. Everything up and running and continued to do so for the last couple months. I’d encourage you give it a try if you feel comfortable after the watching the videos.
