I have been thinking about buying a standing desk for quite some time, to help alleviate the pressure and pain on my neck and back. I have nerve issues due to a herniated disc in my neck, so sitting for long periods of time while on my computer has taken its toll on my body. Instead of spending $500 on a standing desk, I am so happy I bought this. Not only was it cost efficient, but it is completely portable and lightweight so that I can work anywhere there is a solid surface. This laptop stand is well made since it is made of durable aluminum. It came with all of the tools I needed to easily assemble it, which only took me a few minutes. It has silicone grips on the top where it holds my laptop as well as on the bottom of the feet, so that my laptop is secure and won't slide. It can hold up to about 9lbs and it can hold a laptop up to 17" in width. It elevates my laptop about 7", which offers me the perfect line of sight from a standing position. This has alleviated the pain issues I was having from sitting down while on my computer. If you are looking for a laptop stand that doubles as a standing desk and saves you money, I would highly recommend this product.

★★★★☆ I bought this because with school being online I found my neck to hurt a lot more often than usual. When the product first arrived there were some scratches on the bottom of the stand, but I didn’t really mind it because of course it’s not visible when using it. I have the MacBook pro 13 inch 2017 model, and it fits great. Seems pretty sturdy, but I did kind of wiggle the part where the laptop sits and it did jiggle a but. My laptop isn’t the lightest, but it’s also not super heavy so maybe laptops that have a little more heft wouldn’t be the best for this. However, I will be returning this because I want something I can store my keyboard and mouse underneath. I have a pretty small desk and I feel like I need more room for when I am not using my keyboard. That’s the only reason I am returning it, but if you don’t need that feature I could definitely get this one!

Product is very sturdy, I am comfortable with my 17” HP laptop on this stand and feel it is very secure. Very happy with this product and I would highly recommend. It’s my third laptop stand and the best by far. Brings laptop up to a more ergonomically correct height during long work hours from home.
