★☆☆☆☆ Al instalar la batería en mi laptop no funciono y el testigo de la laptop quedo intermitente color Ámbar lo cual según Dell indica que es una falla grave de la batería, .Amazon me indico la devolución de mi dinero pero yo estoy en Venezuela y la enviaron de Miami a Venezuela donde fue que la probé y lamentándolo mucho no funciono y es imposible en este momento hacer el envio desde Vzla a Miami , me atendieron varios analista de Amazon y siguen que les envié el producto pero no se como hacer porque no se puede y si se pudiese el envio seguro tendría un costo mas alto que la batería, por favor que otra solución me podrán dar ya que no quiero perder mi dinero con esta compra de este pésimo producto que hablan de controles de calidad desde fabrica y llega dañados??? Gracias
★☆☆☆☆ When I first purchased the battery it was packaged really well. Opened it up and looked brand NEW. When I installed it to my laptop the battery was like at 70%, and when I used it and it got low, I plugged the battery up. THIS DID NOT CHARGE PAST 36% and will NOT go over it! It stays at 36% charged... what a RIP OFF.
★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with this product it messed my computer up even more to the point where my computer crashes i requested return labels to return this product for a refund and sadly that’s not enough due to using this battery my computer no longer functions properly so i will have to buy a new one at this point not only that but the return labels that were sent to me I’ve went to multiple places fed ex, ups and even my personal printer however the labels do not print and I’m not paying even though it’s just a $1 I’m not paying for them to mail me labels I’m already out of my money for this battery i will never buy this product ever again and honestly i need my refund back because this is a waste and there is no way for me to print these labels what a scam
